I use TNB. In the past the system worked but a couple of updates back it stopped. The way I made it work ONE time was to allow it to create a new account and then I transferred the data over.1 -

@thorn5 Yes spectrum comes up as charter spectrum but it doesn't add the bill.1 -

I finally got the Target account to work BUT now I have to enter a verification code each time. That really stinks. Anyone else seeing this issue??4 -

@rhinodad: No on the 2FA. I had this happen with another account and I fixed it with the help of another user so I think I'll have to dig a little further.1
